What locations do we provide shipping to?

We provide delivery all across India. 

What shipping methods can I opt for?

The two shipping options that we offer are “prepaid” and “Cash on Delivery”.

What are your shipping charges?

You would be able to view the shipping charges at the “checkout page” depending on the products and location. Further,  we offer free shipping in NCR areas (Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad) on orders above Rs 999 and  Free delivery all over Noida;

Can I check if shipping is available to my location?

Of course! You can check if delivery is available at your location before placing your order. You can visit the product page of our website and tap on the “Check Delivery” option and enter your PIN code to check the same. In case your location is unserviceable, you can check after some time as our team can make changes to the deliverable PIN codes time and again.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can log into our website and track your processed order through “Order history” or by using your Order ID and email on the Track Order Page. On the other hand, you can check your order status via email or whatsapp after order confirmation if you are accessing the website as a guest. Sometimes the tracking link can take a few hours to be updated. In such a case, you can please wait for 2-4 hours and re-check.

How long does an order made online take to reach me?

You can enter your pin code in the ‘deliver to’ box on any product page and check if your address is serviceable. This option will also let you know of an estimated time of delivery. We deliver within 24 hours in Delhi, Noida and nearby NCR locations. In general, if the delivery address is in a metro, you’ll receive your order in 1-3 days while for other locations it might be between 3-5 days. 

Can my order be received in multiple parts?

Yes. In case of different products being ordered together, there might be a chance that your order can be received in different parts.
